DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery Costs

We ship to most countries worldwide, with delivery costs dependent on the size of your print and your destination country. Shipping prices are displayed during the checkout process. All orders are securely packed, then shipped using insured and traceable international carrier services. Please contact us if delivery to your chosen destination is not automatically facilitated during checkout.

 

Printing Time

We endeavour to fulfil all print orders as quickly as possible. All our images are custom-printed to your specification, and it generally takes between 3 days and 2 weeks to reach delivery stage. Images ordered as print only are usually ready for dispatch within 3 days, while canvas wraps, acrylic prints and framed prints have a longer production time, and may take up to 10 working days. If your order has not been shipped within 30 days, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.

 

Shipping Time

Shipping times vary according to the destination. From the time of dispatch, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery within the European Union, and 7 working days for delivery to most other parts of the world. Prints are shipped using insured and traceable international carrier services. If your delivery seems to be taking longer than expected, please contact us and we will endeavour to trace your parcel. Unfortunately however we can accept no responsibility for inconvenience incurred due to the late receipt of goods.

 

All print prices quoted on our website are inclusive of Republic of Ireland VAT (sales tax). Any applicable local duties and import taxes for goods shipped outside the European Union remain the responsibility of the customer.

 

Refunds

All our prints are custom-made to your specification, and fall under the category of personalised products. As it’s hard to re-sell tailor-made goods, we can only issue refunds if your print is faulty, misdescribed, or arrives in a damaged condition. Please ensure your print selection and measurements are correct before you place your order, as you have no right to refund if you order the wrong size or change your mind afterwards.

 

Damaged or Faulty Prints

If your print is faulty, misdescribed, or arrives in a damaged condition, you must inform us in writing within 14 days of receipt. Please include a photo clearly showing the damage to both print and packaging. We will then arrange the collection of the goods, and either replace the order for free, or refund the full amount paid. Please note that if we are not informed within 14 days of receipt, we bear no liability for damage sustained.
