All orders placed by you are made in accordance with the following conditions.

If your order has not shipped within this period you may cancel the order and receive a full refund. We accept no responsibility for inconvenience or damages incurred due to late receipt of goods.
  2. If your print arrives in a damaged condition you must inform us in writing within 7 days of receipt. We will then arrange to collect the goods, and either replace the order or refund the full amount paid, including shipping costs. If we are not informed within 7 days we bear no liability for damage sustained.
