Torres del Paine Reflection, Patagonia
The three granite towers of Torres del Paine are an icon of Patagonia, and give their name to the Torres del Paine National Park. Chiselled from a great cirque by the forces of glaciation, the tallest spire stands 2850m high. The challenge is to view them at dawn, as they catch the first light of day. The region's harsh climate makes this easier said than done, and I was extremely lucky to get a clear morning with no wind, allowing a reflection too.
