Where do you deliver to?
We deliver prints to any destination in the world.
How long does it take to deliver prints?
All print orders are processed individually, so please allow up to
30 days for delivery. In practice many prints will be delivered much
more quickly. If you need a print in a hurry, please contact us before
you make a purchase and we will provide an estimate as to when a print
will reach you. Christmas is a particularly busy time for shipping
services so please place your order as early as possible at this time
of the year. All deliveries are sent by registered post and require a
signature on receipt.
How much does it cost?
The cost of post and package is added to your order at the checkout
stage of your transaction. Charges reflect the amount payable by us to
ensure that your print reaches you in perfect condition. Shipping costs
for panoramic prints are based on the largest dimension and multiple
prints shipped together are charged at the appropriate amount above a
single item. Current charges for individual items are:

What about Returns?
We want you to be happy with your print and hope it gives you years
of pleasure. However there are occasionally reasons why you may need to
return an order to us.
If your print arrives in a damaged condition you must inform us in
writing within 7 days of receipt. We will then arrange to collect the
goods, and either replace the order or refund the full amount paid,
including shipping costs. If we are not informed within 7 days we bear
no liability for damage sustained.
If you are not satisfied with your print for any other reason, you must
inform us within 7 days of receipt and return the goods securely
packaged, at your own expense, within 14 days of receipt. A refund will
be issued, minus the original shipping costs, provided the goods are
returned in their original condition. We strongly recommend that you
use an insured and trackable method of delivery as we cannot be held
liable for any returns lost or damaged in transit.
